Job Title: Collections Manager - Debt Collection Agency
Salary: £25k per annum OTE £40k

This role is in a leading debt collection business of 20 years experience which continues to grow at an impressive rate. A high standard of attention to client needs with strong partnership-style criteria as a seamless extension of their clients business is the key to their success.
Responsibilities:
1 To manage a team of 10 Collectors and one Collections Supervisor.
2 Provide leadership on a day-to-day basis for collections activities.
3 Continuously evaluate performance of team and analyse processes.
4 Ensure appropriate recruitment, induction, & training of Collections Team.
5 Manage on-site business evaluation, visiting existing and potential clients.
6 Ensure client reporting and liaison is controlled and managed effectively.
7 Report to the company directors on client, project, and business issues.
8 Monitor compliance with client and industry bodies criteria.
9 Budget management of departmental cost centres.

3 Adaptability and prompt action to amend, correct, influence and carry through above average performance and results.
4 A career in credit, collections, or associated financial industries of not less than 10 years.
