Job Title: Telephone Debt Collectors

Salary: £15 - £17k per annum OTE £20k

Telephone Collector – Croydon Basic of £15K - £17k dependant on experience plus commission up to an additional £5k per annum

Must have a minimum of 1 years uninterupted debt collection experience.

Negotiation of payment terms.

Working to targets.

Understanding of financial circumstances and assessing the most suitable arrangements for repayment based on these circumstances.

Positive, friendly but firm telephone manner.

Good listener and communicator.

Basic background to the Credit Industry.

Mature and responsible attitude to work.

Role will suit someone who has a solid proven track record in the debt collection industry.
