Job Title: Finance Director
Salary: upto £90k per annum
Based in Chessington, Surrey
Salry upto £90k per annum
Outstanding opportunity to join an established high-tech market leader as a Finance Director working with a talented senior management team. Reporting to the Managing Director you will assume Financial responsibility for the organisation. Working directly with board members you will translate the strategy into the financial plans and budgets, setting strategic objectives for the organisation.
In this role you will be tasked with responsibilities including: -
* Leading a finance team
* Support the MD and Directors with the financial management of the company.
* Provide financial forecasts, reports, profit & loss and business variances affecting the organisation.
* Investigate, coordinate gap analysis of current management accounts, stock variances and MIS .
The successful candidate will be a credible communicator at a senior level with the ability influence strategy and to take a lead in initiatives. You will demonstrate a passion for business coupled with a natural flair and enthusiasm to manage and motivate large teams to achieve company goals..
IT sector experience is preferred along with a progressive career to date.
