Job Title: Credit Controller

Salary: £16k - £18k per annum

Based in Reading, Berkshire

Job description.

To collect outstanding debts whilst working towards achieving departmental and organisational targets

Key accountabilities.

Chasing 30+ day old invoices.

Making and receiving phone calls to arrange payment on behalf of client

Ensuring accounts are paid in a timely manner

Resolving account and invoice queries

Utilizing auto dialler to maximize calls

Maximizing cash collection and negotiating payment plans

Maintaining query logs as and when necessary

Any other duties assigned by the Line Manager

Person specification.

Able to display understanding of credit control procedures, ideally within a Utilities background.

Candidates must display at least two years Credit Control experience.
