Job Title: Telephone Collector

Salary: £16k - £18k plus commission

Location: Reading, Berkshire.

Job description.
Excellent opportunity to work for a growing company in their collections department. Loo king for a performance driven individual able to establish rapport with both customers and other team members, whilst maintaining high quality and consistent customer service.

Key skills.
· Experience of high volume telephone collections.

Negotiating with customers to maximise recoveries.
Self motivated, target driven individual.
· Good telephone manner.

· Ability to negotiate and establish payment plans.

· Ensuring that targets and KPI’s are met.

· Maximising contact/conversion ratio.

Person Specification.
Able to display understanding of debt collection procedures, ideally with a background in Consumer Debt.

Candidates must display at least one years Debt Collection experience.
